Glow Scents Returns & Refund Policy

At Glow Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• Your item is incomplete or missing components.

To qualify for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
• Opened skincare or beauty products.
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error by Glow Scents (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
